• First, make sure your phone's compass is accurate. The lower left relative angle and 3D image depend on the phone's compass and machine's compass, the error will be zero only when the compass and data are the same. The top compass data is only coming from the Gladius mini's compass. A failure of up to 30 degrees is normal, especially in iOS devices.
  • Calibrate the Gladius mini in an open area instead of in a high metal environment. Metal objects easily disrupt the compass.
  • You can refer to the video in the “live calibration” section of the APP, make sure the machine is calibrated in every direction it directs you.
  • If the calibration fails, restart the machine and try again. Also, for a successful calibration, you are required to reset the Gladius mini.
  • If  after several attempts it's still not accurate, but the phone compass is correct, please contact support@chasing-innovation.com for help.
