- Tether is available in 50m and 100m lengths and comes wrapped around a sturdy plastic spool
- Two connection ports, one goes to drone and the other goes to the base station. Each connector has an O-ring used to screw tether onto their connectors.
- Please ensure the coupling nut on the connector is screwed in finger tight to prevent water seepage and to provide the best possible transmission between the drone and base unit.
- Please periodically check the small black rubber o-ring on the connector. If it is worn out, please replace it with one of the spares provided with the unit.
- Tether is made from a neutral material so that it remains buoyant, any slack will float on the top of the water.
