In this in-depth video, we talk about the remote control bracket for the Gladius Mini and how you can adjust it to your certain specifications.

  • The bracket itself (that holds the phone) is spring loaded to hold your device securely. It has a ball-socket coupling on the back that the ball head on the arm of the bracket will attach to.
    • Bracket will hold either a phone or a tablet. It works with a variety of device sizes.
  • There is a small screwdriver tool tucked into the inside of the bracket arm that can be removed and used to tighten/loosen the tension screw at the bottom of the bracket arm. This allows you to adjust the positioning of the arm once the bracket is assembled.
  • To connect the arm to the bracket:
    1.  Loosen the coupling on the back of the bracket if necessary
    2.  Snap the ball head of the arm into the socket on the back of the bracket
    3.  Once the ball head is inserted, tighten the coupling so that is snug but still allows for adjustment of the bracket.
  • To connect the arm to the remote control:
    1.  Unscrew the mounting screw located on the back of the remote near the top.
    2.  At an angle, insert the teeth on the end of the bracket arm into the matching slots on the top of the remote.
    3.  level the bracket arm so that the hole on the arm matches up with the hole on the back of the remote.
    4.  Screw the mounting screw back in so that it is snug.
  • Once the remote control phone bracket is assembled, you should be able to use the spring loaded bracket to hold your phone or tablet above the remote as you use the GLADIUS MINI, and adjust the arm to your preferences.
  • If for some reason the mounting screw becomes lost, there are extras included in the packaging of your device.
  • To disassemble the bracket:
    1. Remove the phone from the bracket.
    2.  Unscrew the mounting screw on the back of the remote.
    3.  Remove the arm from the remote control. Note: Please make sure to screw the mounting screw back into the remote so that it does not become lost.
    4. Loosen the coupling on the back of the bracket where it connects to the arm.
    5. Snap the ball joint out of the coupling.
